Jeffrey B. Sklaroff is a highly regarded lawyer with a distinguished career in both the private and public sectors. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York, was a principal partner in a large, international law firm and, most recently, was a founder of a boutique criminal defense trial firm. Jeffrey has been appointed by federal judges to serve as a judicial officer in complex civil cases and SEC enforcement actions and has served as counsel to the chairs of two public committees formed to improve the criminal justice system in New York.
